Going global? Your asset count is about to multiply

One campaign can quickly turn into hundreds of deliverables across markets, languages, platforms and formats. Here’s how multiversioning keeps all those moving pieces under control.

A global campaign rarely stays as one video and a few images for very long.

Add multiple languages, regional requirements, aspect ratios, platform specifications, subtitles, ratings, legal copy, end cards and market-specific updates, and the number of deliverables grows fast. That creates a different production challenge: keeping every version aligned while the campaign is still moving.

A new end card might affect six markets. A copy update might only apply to one language. A platform requirement could mean another set of exports. And somewhere in there, every asset still needs to reach the right market with the right content. That’s where multiversioning comes in.

At Loc&Capture, we support marketing teams with the production layer behind global campaigns, turning master creative into the localized and platform-ready versions needed for launch.

Video, static assets, different formats, different languages, different requirements. All managed through one production workflow, with QC built into the process.

Because going global shouldn’t mean manually keeping track of hundreds of files and hoping final_FINAL_v7 is actually final.
